215 must become 0

What is 215? How long is a piece of string? 215 might be the total of a quick shopping trip one evening, including a paper bag. 215 is perhaps a large enough number to challenge an eight-year-old, but not so enormous it feels impossible.

Above all, 215 represents the number of human trafficking victims that Sweden failed to assist in 2022, despite international agreements that require exactly that.

The Solution

Own a number

Terrafem, Roks and the Platform Civil Society Against Human Trafficking know this. But we need to reach more people. That is why no one should be able to look away from this number that should not exist — and we fight to make more people understand what and who lies behind it.

215 human lives. Trauma treatment and safe housing that never came. An inability or unwillingness to live up to formal commitments. From now on, every year, for as long as it takes, until 215 becomes zero.
